Tickets for this event are non-refundable.

All ticket funds get allocated immediately and allow the event to be planned and organised we are therefore unable to accommodate any refunds.

Your ticket entitles you to entry to the event, it does not entitle you to any participation swag. Only attendees of the event will receive any relevant participation prizes.

Tickets purchased before 1st April will be given priority with regard to any participation swag.

Players who purchase tickets after this date will not be left with nothing but because our partner companies need to know exact numbers in time to produce the various products we are providing as participation swag you may not get the same swag if you buy your ticket after the dead line.

Your choice of hot lunch will be provided by our on site Cafe facility.

Vouchers for lunch will be issued during registration.

For larger events our on site Cafe facility will be selling sausage and bacon rolls until 10.30 am.

We ask that you don’t bring your own food or drink into The South Wales Gaming Centre.
