Spend £10.00 on all food to get a stamp. Get 10 stamps and get £10.00 off your next order of food & soft drinks. Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions
● Loyalty Card holder must be 18 years old or over. ● Surrendered Loyalty Cards become the property of Firestorm Cafe and Firestorm Games Limited.
● Loyalty Card stamps are not transferable, and only apply to purchases from Firestorm Cafe. ● Loyalty Card stamps will only be issued on the purchase of food items from the Cafe till point or upon collection of a storekit online order.
● Loyalty Card stamps are only eligible on purchases with £10.00 or more of food, this does not apply to or include any soft drinks, hot drinks, vending machine purchases, coffee machine purchases, alcohol or purchases made through any till point except for the Cafe-Bar till or Firestorm Cafe storekit online ordering platform.
● One Loyalty Card stamp will be rewarded for every £10.00 spent in one transaction. For example £11.00 spent in one transaction on food items will receive one stamp.
● The total spend of food must equal or be higher than £10 to be eligible for a Loyalty Card Stamp.
● A full Loyalty Card (ten stamps) can be redeemed for a £10 Discount off the next purchase of food and soft drink from Firestorm Cafe upon the presentation of a full Loyalty Card at the Cafe-Bar till. Not to be redeemed on Firestorm Cafe storekit online ordering platform or through any other till point.
● If the full £10 discount is not spent in one transaction, the remaining balance is not available as change or cash. It is not part redeemable at a later point. ● A Loyalty Card and Loyalty Card Stamps are only redeemable in the advertised time frame.
● A Loyalty Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
● In the event that a purchase is made without a Loyalty Card the customer must tell the shop at the time of transaction. The receipt will be stamped and this stamp can be transferred to the Loyalty card within 1 month.
● Firestorm Cafe is not responsible for loss or damage to your Loyalty Card.
● The Firestorm Cafe Loyalty Card is not able to be redeemed in other Firestorm Games locations or at the Firestorm Games Cardiff retail till.
● Firestorm Cafe reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions but will endeavour to inform customers with as much notice as possible.
