Yu-Gi-Oh WCQ Regional in Firestorm Games
Participants in WCQ: Regionals are held to the highest standards of sportsmanship and are expected to be fully prepared for the event which includes bringing a properly completed Deck List.

We estimate there will be 7 Rounds but this will be confirmed with the number of participants.
45-minute rounds, Swiss, Best of 3, No top cut.
Estimated end time is around 7.30pm.
Prize Support:
All players will receive FIVE booster packs for participation.
Top 8 Duelists receive a Regional Qualifier Game Mat
Top 4 Duelists receive a Regional Qualifier Deck Box
For each 8 participants (rounded up) there will be one invite to the WCQ Championship awarded to the highest ranking players at the end of the Swiss tournament, there is no top cut!
If a Duellist has already received an invite, the invite will not pass down to the next highest ranking Duellist in order.
All Duellists can check their qualification status at www.yugioh-card.com.
Additional Prizing:
1st Place - 48 Booster Packs!
2nd Place - 24 Booster Packs!
3rd/4th Place - 12 Boosters Packs!
5th-10th Place - 4 Booster Packs!
Please Note: The above additional prizing is based on a minimum turnout of 96 players.
The above additional prizing will be halved on a turnout of 64 to 95 players.
Additional prizing on a turnout of 63 players or less will be 1st place 24 booster packs and 12 booster packs for 2nd place.
Schedule:
Registration is from 9.30am and will close at 11am.
Round one will begin at 11.30am.

Ocean City Cards – One of the UK’s largest Yu-Gi-Oh! Vendors will be supporting us at the event! Stocking everything from modern staples to vintage gems, they also buy and trade, so make sure to check them out on the day! Follow them on Instagram for updates on events and card requests.

Please Note: Participation booster packs will be Supreme Darkness and Duelist Advance. Additional prizing boosters will be Supreme Darkness and Duelist Advance.
Tickets must be purchased before the start of Registration.

Refunds will be subject to a £2.50 administration fee.
Any request for a refund two weeks or less before the event will only be possible if there is a reserve list of players who can take up any refunded ticket and at the express permission of the Tournament Organisers.
Any request for a Refund must be made before the event starts. No refunds are possible once an event has begun.

The top players after the Swiss tournament is complete will receive an invite to the relevant WCQ tournament. The number of invites depends on the number of players in the tournament.
Four booster packs per player for entering. Additional booster packs will be added to the prize pool based on attendance.
A vending machine selling soft drinks and snacks, a licensed bar and a vending machine dispensing fresh tea and coffee is available in The South Wales Gaming Centre.
Our on-site cafe will be open during its specified opening hours serving hot and cold food.
No external food or drink is allowed in The South Wales Gaming Centre.
