This is a relaxed 5 game tournament perfect for new players to try out the tournament scene

Description:
This event is for people new to the hobby and those who have little or no tournament experience and who want to find out what it’s like to attended a 5 game event over two days with 3 hours per round. There is NO painting requirement BUT there will be a best painted miniature prize and paint scores.
The event will be run through the BCP app (best coast pairings) so please download this in advance. List submission will close at 9am on Friday the 6th of November. Pairings will be generated on the morning of the event, following registration.

Saturday
- Registration: 9:15am
- Event briefing 9:20am
- Round 1 - 9:30am -12:30pm
- Lunch 12:30pm - 13:15pm
- Round 2 - 13:15pm - 16:15pm
- Round 3 - 16:30pm - 19:30pm
- End of day and venue close (models left on site are at your own risk).
Sunday
- Venue opens at 10:00am
- Round 1 - 10:00am - 13:00pm
- Lunch - 13:00pm - 14:00pm
- (During lunch best panted models and armies it be set up in tables if players want to enter)
- Round 2 14:00pm - 17:00pm
- End of day - 17:00pm awards.
Awards
- Best painted miniature.
- 1st , 2nd and 3rd place.
Refunds will be subject to a £2.50 administration fee.
Any request for a refund two weeks or less before the event will only be possible if there is a reserve list of players who can take up any refunded ticket and at the express permission of the Tournament Organisers.
Any request for a Refund must be made before the event starts. No refunds are possible once an event has begun.

Your choice of hot lunch will be provided by our on site Cafe facility.
Vouchers for lunch will be issued during registration.
For larger events our on site Cafe facility may be open selling breakfast rolls until 10.30 am.
No external food or drink is allowed in The South Wales Gaming Centre.
