Welcome to War of the Red Dragon, a Team Wales 5-Man Warhammer 40,000 Fundraiser Event
 
Greetings, commanders!
 
Team Wales is proud to welcome you to our 5-Man Warhammer 40,000 Team Event, hosted in support of Team Wales attending and competing at the World Team Championships in 2026. This event brings together hobbyists, competitors, and friends from across the community for a weekend of strategic warfare, great company, and fundraising for a worthy cause.
 
This tournament is more than just an opportunity to test your mettle on the tabletop — it’s a celebration of teamwork, sportsmanship, and the passion that drives our hobby. Over the course of the event, each team of five players will face off in a series of intense battles set in the grim darkness of the far future, where every decision counts and only unity can bring victory.
 
Team Wales is committed to fostering a welcoming and competitive environment where every participant — from seasoned veterans to fresh recruits — can enjoy the challenge, the narrative, and the spirit of the game. We encourage all players to uphold the highest standards of fair play, respect, and good humour throughout the event.
 
Your participation directly supports our efforts to fund international representation for Team Wales, so every roll of the dice helps make a difference.

Refunds will be subject to a £5 administration fee.

Any request for a refund two weeks or less before the event will only be possible if there is a reserve list of players who can take up any refunded ticket and at the express permission of the Tournament Organisers.

Any request for a Refund must be made before the event starts. No refunds are possible once an event has begun.

To request a refund please contact sales@firestormgames.co.uk stating your:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Event name
  • Reason for refund

Your choice of hot lunch will be provided by our on site Cafe facility.

Vouchers for lunch will be issued during registration.

For larger events our on site Cafe facility may be open selling breakfast rolls until 10.30 am.

No external food or drink is allowed in The South Wales Gaming Centre.
