• Online Booking closes at 5:30pm, any Tickets purchased beyond this time will occur a £2 charge.
• Registration closes at 7pm, anyone who has not registered at this time will not be able to take part in the event and will forfeit any associated material.
• As the store closes at 10pm we ask players to pack up at 9:30pm 

Refunds will be subject to a £5 administration fee.

Any request for a refund two weeks or less before the event will only be possible if there is a reserve list of players who can take up any refunded ticket and at the express permission of the Tournament Organisers.

Any request for a Refund must be made before the event starts. No refunds are possible once an event has begun.
