Armageddon on 2025 is the two-day Team Yankee UK National Tournament presented by The Armageddon Club and held at Firestorm Games, Cardiff on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th of May 2025.
Players of all levels of experience can expect to compete in 4x competitive games against different participants using Battlefront Miniatures World War 3 (Team Yankee) rules and army books against opponents using fully painted armies on 8ft x 4ft tables with high-quality terrain.
This event is fully endorsed and supported by Battlefront Miniatures who are providing plaques, limited edition Tournament Objectives, and prize support including the following:
- 1st Place
- 2nd Place
- 3rd Place
- They Died With Their Boots On (Lowest Scoring Player)
- Most Sporting Player
- Best Painted Army (only armies using Battlefront Miniatures)
Please be aware that there are a small number of army building restrictions (no duplicate or allied formations) and a minimum painting standard of 2x colours (hull and tracks, fuselage and rotors, uniform and flesh, etc.). Dynamic Points will also be in use at this event – full details of these are in Appendix B of the rules pack.
There is also an army list submission date, with army lists being published on various Team Yankee related social media groups – further details of these can be found in the rules pack that is downloadable from this page.
‘Armageddon 2025’ has a ticket price of £40 which includes entry to the event and lunch served at the Firestorm café on both days - please let us know as soon as possible if you have any specific dietary requirements by using the email address
provided in the rules pack or contacting Firestorm Games directly.
Saturday Social: There will be an opportunity for players to socialise and grab a bite to eat at a popular local all-you-can-eat International Buffet on the Saturday evening – more details of this including menu and price will be available nearer to the
tournament date.
Please also note that the first 16x participants purchasing a ticket will be guaranteed the 2025 limited edition Team Yankee Tournament Objective, with subsequent participants only receiving one if a high enough quantity are provided by Battlefront.
The South Wales Gaming Centre will be open for gaming from 11am.
Refunds will be subject to a £5 administration fee.
Any request for a refund two weeks or less before the event will only be possible if there is a reserve list of players who can take up any refunded ticket and at the express permission of the Tournament Organisers.
Any request for a Refund must be made before the event starts. No refunds are possible once an event has begun.

Your choice of hot lunch will be provided by our on site Cafe facility.
Vouchers for lunch will be issued during registration.
For larger events our on site Cafe facility may be open selling breakfast rolls until 10.30 am.
No external food or drink is allowed in The South Wales Gaming Centre.
